Job Summary
Description:
You will be the Completion Supervisor, F-16 Build Team - Level 3 for the F-16 Build Team which is responsible for overseeing weekend‑shift manufacturing of critical F‑16 structural components.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Completion Supervisor, F-16 Build Team you will be responsible for leading the weekend shift (Fri‑Sun) to deliver high‑quality F‑16 structures on schedule.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead weekend‑shift manufacturing of critical F‑16 structural components, ensuring adherence to quality standards and schedule commitments.
- Manage safety, quality, cost, resources, logistics, equipment, and process controls throughout the shift.
- Develop and execute strategies to handle out‑of‑station work and maintain continuous production flow.
- Supervise the build process for F‑16 Block 70 sub‑assemblies, including forward fuselage and cockpit structures.
- Foster a culture of accountability, recognize superior performance, and address performance issues promptly.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience in Aviation Production or Maintenance, Modification, Repair and Overhaul (MMRO) Operations.
Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
Experience interacting with internal/external customers.
Experience with
Microsoft Office Suite:
Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Desired Skills:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college
Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments.
Possess a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in sheet metal work, along with a relevant certification such as a licensed FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanic or FAA Airframe Inspector.
Previous experience in aviation structural repair or manufacturing associated with drill, ream, and countersink knowledge - skill - and abilities.
Ability to create and utilize metrics related to performance.
Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report on all executive operations metrics.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing or processes.

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
