Job Description

Paint Shift Supervisor Lead the Team. Drive Quality. Keep Production Moving. We're looking for an experienced Paint Shift Supervisor to lead production associates in a fast-paced automotive paint manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, cost, delivery, and team performance throughout the assigned shift. What You'll Do Supervise and lead paint production associates to meet daily production goals. Monitor quality, paint scrap, paint consumption, OEE, and Right First Time (RFT) performance. Identify quality concerns, support root cause analysis, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Maintain production processes according to established control plans and standards. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure policies and procedures are followed. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Train and cross-train associates to build a high-performing production team. Communicate production and quality concerns to paint area leadership. Ensure customer expectations for quality and on-time delivery are met. What We're Looking For Previous automotive and paint manufacturing experience required. At least 3 years of previous management or supervisory experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage priorities and respond quickly in critical production situations. Basic computer skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Pay Details:
