This will include leading, managing, coaching, and overseeing assembly, warehouse, shipping, and final assembly staff. While prior golf cart manufacturing knowledge is not necessary, the #1 most important trait you must exhibit is exceptional leadership qualities in working with people. You will be responsible for ensuring production goals are being met, employees are happy and thriving under your leadership, future planning is occurring, and that the facility remains clean, organized, and well-staffed. You should be energetic, positive, a strong problem solver, empathic, thick-skinned, calm under pressure, organized, smart, witty, forward-thinking, and a great communicator. From your first day, you must possess the skills needed to effectively manage the people in your departments. Through your training, we will train you on the process and product knowledge needed to oversee the operation.
