What You'll Be Doing Lead and support daily work activities to ensure safe, efficient, and productive operations. Provide guidance and direction to team members to meet operational goals and quality standards. Monitor equipment and workflows, addressing issues to minimize downtime. Coordinate with supervisors and other teams to ensure smooth communication and task execution. Promote and reinforce safety practices and compliance across all work activities. What Are We Looking For Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a dynamic work environment. Strong understanding of operational processes and ability to identify and resolve issues. Effective communication skills for coordination with team members and leadership. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Capability to manage priorities and adapt to changing work demands. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
