Job Description

Join Our Team as a Metal Shop Foreman at ACME Sheet Metals, Inc. We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Metal Shop Foreman at ACME Sheet Metals, Inc. in Box Elder, SD. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our metal shop, coordinating with team members, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication and welding, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of metal fabricators and welders in daily operations Coordinate with project managers to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ensure that all work is performed according to safety regulations and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Train and mentor team members to improve skills and productivity
Qualifications:
