Job Description

This role has responsibility in executing work priorities to team members based on production demands/needs, directs team members on scheduling and identifying improvements. This role is responsible for creating and managing reports, analyzing data to uncover trends and improvement opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to support production initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset, focused on delivering insights and driving internal collaboration. Implement, sponsor, and support all continuous reliability improvement standards and practices. Manage Application, Quality Control, Washer Stage, Water Treatment, Oxidizer, and Paint Mixing Areas. Maintaining and monitoring supplies. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of employee timecards. Track Employee Incidents/Occurrences. Coach, counsel and discipline employees as necessary. Knowledge of I.S.O., Customer, and Waste services. Interviewing/Hiring/Firing. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, operations, global business services, etc.) to ensure alignment of efforts and accuracy in reporting. Develop regular reports and provide regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs). What will make you successful? 5 years of experience supervising or leading in a manufacturing facility. (required) HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
