Dozer Excavator Grader GPS Equipment Job Responsibilities:

Review scopes of work with the field staff Oversee the completion of designated scopes of work Communicate with clients when necessary Ensure the attainment of all job site goals including safety and productivity Assist in evaluating & disciplining field employees within department guidelines Attend meetings on a periodic basis as required by Superintendent Provide guidance and support for all field staff Keep the Superintendent informed of all problems, potential and actual, that cannot be resolved satisfactorily in the field Requests procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules. Following Skills:

Minimum 5-7 years of Grading Experience Ability to read Blueprints/Profiles Ability to calculate elevations and percentages Strong work ethic Work safely and efficiently Eager to learn new skills and tasks Dependable transportation Driver's license
