Full-time | 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and support a high-performance production team. This role oversees workflow, monitors quality and safety standards, and ensures production goals are met efficiently and consistently. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, hands-on leaders, and committed to continuous improvement within a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production employees Assign work, monitor performance, and ensure shift goals are achieved Train, coach, and develop team members to promote operational excellence Enforce safety policies, PPE requirements, and OSHA standards Oversee quality checks and ensure products meet specifications Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with maintenance when needed Maintain accurate production reports, shift logs, and KPI tracking Drive 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives Support hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations Communicate effectively with management, maintenance, and other departments Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety practices Proven leadership, coaching, and communication skills Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement solutions Comfortable standing/walking for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed Preferred Skills Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Experience in automotive, industrial, or high-volume manufacturing Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Shift differential for off-shift roles Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off, holiday pay, and retirement plan options Opportunities for advancement and leadership development How to Apply Ready to lead a strong manufacturing team and make an impact?
