Responsibilities of Production Supervisor:

Train & supervise employees (10-15 employees per shift). Ensure all food quality, food safety, and workplace safety standards are followed. Monitoring equipment and flow of raw materials to ensure unimpeded operations. Work with Maintenance to identify and resolve issues with machine operations. Conduct checks and counts throughout shift. Collect and submit production records & other forms daily. Consult with other Production Supervisors to ensure a stable shift handover. Consult with Management in employee reviews. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualities we are looking for in candidates: Exceptionally dependable, honest, and trustworthy Excellent communication skills Strong ability to time manage and multi-task Basic math skills and ability to operate basic MS Office programs Previous supervisory or managerial experience preferred Forklift experience and/or certification helpful Bilingual in Spanish helpful Must be able to pass a drug screening Must be able to handle physical workload Must be able to tolerate warehouse conditions (non-temperature regulated building) Competitive pay Health/Dental/Life, HSA, IRA after 12 months Paid holidays after 3 months Paid vacation / PTO after 12 months

Quarterly Rotating Shifts (Rotates in Jan, April, July, Oct) Monday

• Friday 1st 6:30AM
• 3:30PM / 2nd 2:30PM
• 11:30PM / 3rd 10:30PM
