Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field preferred; or 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience Proven leadership, coaching, and team management experience Strong communication and presentation skills Experience with safety programs, quality systems, and production management Ability to use ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and production tracking software Willingness to work any shift, weekends, and respond to after-hours issues as needed Ability to obtain forklift, boom lift, scissor lift, and company vehicle certifications Experience in ceramic manufacturing preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, dust, and noise

Job Duties:

Supervise production associates and oversee daily manufacturing operations Ensure safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, and operational goals are achieved Lead employee training, performance management, attendance tracking, and disciplinary processes Monitor production metrics, inventory accuracy, and MES data reporting Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Maintain compliance with ISO standards, SOPs, work instructions, and company procedures Coordinate shift handoffs and collaborate with other supervisors and departments Manage inventory processes, material tracking, and production workflows Support workforce development, training plans, and employee recognition initiatives Maintain facility housekeeping standards and coordinate maintenance needs Provide shift coverage and support special projects as needed Why This Opportunity?
