Job Description

Sup C Shift Job Description:
Supervise and coordinate activities of team members engaged in production process. To plan, organize and coordinate all Assembly Production to meet Safety, Quality and Efficiency goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Establish work assignments for both full-time and temporary team members, to meet daily operations schedules and changes. Enforce plant rules and standards of conduct while leading by example. Ensure plant safety and 6S standards are met. Train, track, and evaluate employee performance through mid-year and annual Performance Evaluations. Monitor time and attendance for full-time and temporary employee's payroll daily and assist HR with proper documentation for absences. Coordinate with all support departments for scheduling and current events. Complete daily production reporting. Conduct weekly Team-Lead meetings. All other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements
REQUIRED
High School Diploma or GED 2 years supervisory experience required; preferably in a manufacturing environment. MS Office, Oracle, exceptional leadership, written and oral communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize duties in a changing environment.
PREFERRED
