In this position, you will lead and support daily production operations while partnering closely with employees to drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement efforts. Full-Time On-site (not hybrid or remote) located in Huntingdon, TN The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations and supporting production team members in a fast-paced environment. You will use your leadership skills, operational knowledge, and ability to build relationships to drive results, support employee engagement, and maintain a strong culture focused on safety, quality, and forward motion.

Production Supervisor:
Lead and support daily production operations while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity expectations are achieved. Supervise, coach, and develop production employees while fostering accountability and a positive team environment. Develop strong working relationships with employees and cross-functional teams to support operational success and continuous improvement efforts. Monitor workflow, staffing, and production needs while helping resolve operational challenges in a timely manner. Qualifications for
Production Supervisor:
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or technical school preferred 6 plus years of related manufacturing leadership experience. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.   • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and hold employees accountable in a fast-paced production setting
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
  • Comfortable addressing employee concerns, resolving conflict, and supporting team development
  • Ability to prioritize work, adapt quickly, and make sound decisions in a production environment
  • Working knowledge of safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage staffing and production demands
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and production-related systems preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to support operational goals
  • Experience coaching employees and driving employee engagement initiatives preferred
