In this energetic role, you will operate machinery, handle materials, and contribute to efficient factory operations. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will help ensure high-quality output while maintaining safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop technical expertise and be part of a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment. Duties Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery, power tools, following safety protocols and operational guidelines Measure and inspect materials using precision measuring instruments to ensure specifications are met Interpret assembly instructions to support accurate manufacturing processes Assemble components manually and with mechanical assembly techniques, ensuring quality and adherence to standards Manage manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, while maintaining safety at all times Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and assisting in lean manufacturing initiatives Maintain accurate records of production activities, inspections, and safety checks in accordance with manufacturing management procedures Requirements Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments Mechanical knowledge Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments and commitment to safety protocol adherence Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks consistently without compromising safety or quality Excellent communication skills for interpreting technical documents and collaborating with team members Prior experience with process improvement initiatives or lean manufacturing practices is a plus Join us if you're eager to bring energy, precision, and dedication to a thriving manufacturing environment!
