Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Pay:

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year The Role We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our shop floor and help drive daily operations at Morrison Industries. This role is responsible for keeping production moving, supporting the team, and ensuring we deliver quality work on time. This is not a desk job. This is someone who can step into the operation, lead from the front, solve problems in real time, and hold the standard. What You'll Be Responsible For Production Leadership Lead day-to-day shop floor operations Keep production on schedule and aligned with priorities Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Morrison standards Operational Execution Identify and remove bottlenecks in production Coordinate workflow between teams and departments Maintain quality control and enforce shop standards Team Leadership & Development Lead, support, and hold accountable a team of welders, fabricators, and shop personnel Train and develop employees to improve performance and skill level Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and teamwork What We're Looking For Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong understanding of production flow and shop operations Ability to lead by example and earn respect on the floor Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to tell people the truth and do the right thing—every time If you are a results-driven leader with a passion for business excellence, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization.
