Job Description

Shift hours: 12 Hour Rotating Night Shift Your Impact As a Labels Production Supervisor at Iconex, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and delivering high-quality labeling and tracking solutions for our customers. You will lead a production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in every step of the process. Your leadership will directly influence employee engagement, performance, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead daily production operations by monitoring performance, setting priorities, and achieving safety, quality, and delivery goals Assign work, organize workflow, and ensure your team has the training and tools needed to succeed Provide coaching, counseling, and recognition to build a motivated, empowered, and high-performing team Oversee hiring, onboarding, and development of production staff in both direct and indirect labor roles Promote a safe, clean, and compliant work environment through 5S practices and adherence to company policies Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate pre-press activities, manage rush orders, and resolve work order conflicts Drive process improvements using Lean Manufacturing principles to maximize efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives
You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and workforce management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; Lean Manufacturing experience preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a passion for developing people Ability to balance multiple priorities while meeting cost, quality, and delivery targets
