HOURS:

Expected shifts will be 8-10-hour days starting at 7AM

Permanent Labor Foreman Job Description:

Superior Skilled Trades is looking for an experienced Labor Foreman to oversee daily labor operations on an active construction site. This individual will lead laborers, prioritize daily tasks, coordinate with site superintendents, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. The foreman will also assist with hands-on labor duties as needed and help maintain site organization and cleanliness. Qualifications for

Labor Foreman:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
• Experience leading crews and prioritizing daily work tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively with superintendents regarding daily and weekly expectations
• Ability to track materials needed for upcoming tasks
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
• Experience with site cleanup, water pump-out, and general labor supervision
• Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE
• Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working outdoors, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Spreading gravel
• Installing toe boards
• Building handrails
• Cleaning and pumping out water
• Moving barricades throughout the site
• Managing dumpster swaps and site clean-up coordination
• Communicating site issues and updates with superintendents Additional Requirements for

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site
