is seeking a Debone Plant Supervisor to lead daily operations in our poultry deboning department. This role oversees production schedules, line performance, yields, and labor to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets. You will supervise and develop production teams, enforce HACCP, USDA, and company food safety standards, and drive continuous improvement in throughput and product quality. The supervisor partners closely with QA, maintenance, and HR to resolve issues, reduce downtime, and maintain a safe, team-oriented work environment aligned with our values of integrity and operational excellence.
