This is a critical leadership role responsible for the safety, quality, and operational efficiency of a high-speed metal stamping department. The Role You will lead a sophisticated operation utilizing cutting-edge press and assembly equipment (including large-tonnage presses and automated tandem lines). Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within automotive or metal stamping.

No Degree Required Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing Operational Leadership:

Manage all day-to-day operations for the Press Department, ensuring smooth production flow and high output quality.

Team Development:

Provide mentorship and coaching to Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leads to cultivate a high-performance, safety-conscious culture.

Performance Optimization:

Drive departmental success through proactive KPI management and the application of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen/Kobetsu).

Strategic Planning:

Establish and track production goals, monitor efficiency targets, and implement effective countermeasures for any production, safety, or delivery risks.

Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with Quality, Human Resources, and other leadership teams to ensure company-wide alignment and business success
