AB_4985624 Are you a leader who thrives in high-volume, automated production environments? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Press Manager to oversee a state-of-the-art production facility. This is a critical leadership role responsible for the safety, quality, and operational efficiency of a high-speed metal stamping department. If you are passionate about lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and developing high-performing teams, we want to talk to you. The Role You will lead a sophisticated operation utilizing cutting-edge press and assembly equipment (including large-tonnage presses and automated tandem lines). Your primary mission is to foster a culture of excellence, mentor a dedicated team, and drive performance across multiple shifts.
What We're Looking For Experience:
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within automotive or metal stamping.
Expertise:
Deep understanding of lean principles, KPI management, and complex production metrics.
Leadership:
A track record of coaching and developing supervisors and large production teams.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with production reporting tools.
Agility:

salary:
$80,500 - $82,500 per year shift: First work hours: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM education:
No Degree Required Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing Operational Leadership:
Manage all day-to-day operations for the Press Department, ensuring smooth production flow and high output quality.
Team Development:
Provide mentorship and coaching to Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leads to cultivate a high-performance, safety-conscious culture.
Performance Optimization:
Drive departmental success through proactive KPI management and the application of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen/Kobetsu).
Strategic Planning:
Establish and track production goals, monitor efficiency targets, and implement effective countermeasures for any production, safety, or delivery risks.
Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with Quality, Human Resources, and other leadership teams to ensure company-wide alignment and business success
