We are seeking a dedicated Injection Molding Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift production team. What We're Looking For Expertise:
Proven technical experience in injection molding is essential.
Industry Background:
Previous experience in the automotive manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
Leadership:
Strong ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team of 15 direct reports.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
Logistics:
Schedule:
2nd Shift, Monday•Friday (4:00pm•12:30am).
Compensation:
$75,000•$85,000 annually.
Overtime:
Eligible for straight-time overtime after 50 hours.
Team Size:
You will be directly responsible for 15 team members within a 90-person shift.

Bachelors Responsibilities What You'll Do:
Production Mastery:
Oversee shift-by-shift operations, manage mold changes, and drive cycle time optimization. You'll be the go-to expert for equipment effectiveness and troubleshooting molding defects.
Safety Leadership:
Champion health, safety, and environmental protocols to maintain a clean, organized, and secure workplace for all team members.
Quality Excellence:
Lead shop-floor problem-solving workshops and ensure all parts meet strict customer specifications.
Team Development:
Directly mentor, train, and supervise a team of 15. You will manage scheduling, performance, and cross-training to foster a collaborative work environment.
