Production Supervisor#26-20862 $33.25-$36.43 per hour Spring Hill, TN Onsite Job Description Our Client, an Automotive company, is looking for a Production Supervisor for their Spring Hill, TN location.

Responsibilities:

Recommend measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency. Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems. Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems. Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances. Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records. The GL will be supporting and managing General Assembly Manage 20-50 hourly UAW TM's. Responsible for Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost KPI's

Requirements:

Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance. Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models. Candidate Requirements

Highest Completed Education Required:

High School Diploma. Further education is preferred not required

Min Years of Experience Required:

At least 2 years of production experience is required. If you have Supervisory experience, this will give the candidate a leg up. Managers are open to train the right candidate if they do not have supervisory experience. Top 3
