Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Supervisor, where you'll lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee assembly lines, manage team performance, and uphold safety standards within a fast-paced factory environment. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement, foster teamwork, and ensure production goals are met with precision and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations on the manufacturing floor, ensuring production schedules are adhered to and quality standards are maintained. Lead and motivate assembly line workers, providing guidance on tasks, safety procedures, and best practices. Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels, raw materials, and finished goods movement. Enforce safety protocols consistently and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members. Document production activities, shift reports, and incident logs accurately for continuous process improvement. Monitor employees' attendance, punctuality, and overtime. Enforce policies in accordance with the law. Enforce company policies, procedures, and workplace standards. Conduct performance evaluations and provide performance feedback. Identify Skill gaps and recommend additional training. Train employees on work instructions, safety procedures, and company expectations. Skills Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory setting with hands-on assembly line involvement. Strong leadership and team management skills. Effective verbal communication skills. conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities. Ability to enforce policies and procedures consistently. The capacity to supervise teams effectively in a fast-paced environment. knowledge of production and workflow management. Coaching, training, and employee development skills. Decision-making and critical thinking abilities. Ability to maintain professionalism. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing or warehouse settings. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and production systems. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
