Bilingual Supervisor

At our manufacturing facility, we are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team. Our company is a leading manufacturer of specialty coatings, sealants, and related products, serving a diverse range of industrial, commercial, and construction customers. In this supervisory role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production department.

Your key duties will include:

Directing and coordinating the work of production staff to ensure efficient and high-quality output Monitoring production processes and troubleshooting any issues that arise Providing training and guidance to production team members Implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations Analyzing production data and making recommendations for process improvements Collaborating with other departments to optimize workflow and meet customer demands To be successful in this position, you should have: 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Working knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and best practices Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement Bilingual English and Spanish Needs to be able to be Flexible with working day and night Bachelor's degree Preferred but not required We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20 per hour pay is negotiable, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
