Meets regularly with the team leaders to communicate anticipated production sequences, to discuss potential production problems, and to provide opportunity for input on improvement of work processes and work flow. Assist in assuring quality and safety of production procedures.

Job Description
Come be a part of a fast growing company with tons of potential. So much opportunity for internal promotion and good money to be made. Newcomers have the option to receive bonuses in the form of equity in the company. We are looking for someone to come in and help build/takeover our labor crews, and run jobs as a Foreman. We build all kinds of fence and deal with all kinds of gate openers. Job would consist of running 1-3 jobs at any given time, making sure each crew has the materials and tools needed, and keeping crews on track by working with them in your free time aft er making sure everyone is lined out. Dealing with clients and commercial project managers will be seldom, but would be an awesome added bonus there if you could handle that. Most importantly, you'd b keeping tabs on material and inventory, and managing job flow/scheduling crews effectively. As well as corresponding with me on getting materials ordered and future jobs planned out. We have a similar job posting out there right now but, it is more geared towards a Project Management Role, who would be the direct authority over this role. With the Foreman role, we'd be looking to internally promote to Project Manager after some time and demonstration that you can manage 1-2 Foreman at once.
