Direct Hire Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing company safety policies and procedures Proactively plan production needs, including staffing, capacity, and overtime management Ensure efficient capacity utilization and track key performance indicators (KPIs) Lead, train, and develop team members to support performance, efficiency, and growth Oversee quality processes, including sampling, inspections, and required documentation Analyze production issues and implement effective corrective actions Execute build plans to meet production goals, quality standards, and delivery timelines Support manufacturing growth in alignment with customer demand Communicate daily with Team Leaders to drive productivity and operational efficiency Set and monitor performance goals, targets, and standards for production teams Collaborate with leadership to resolve operational challenges and supply issues Partner with supervisors and support staff to analyze problems and implement improvements Promote a clean, organized, high-performance environment using 5S and continuous improvement practices Share knowledge and best practices across departments Perform additional duties as assigned Apply with Us Favorite Favorite
