ESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONSSupervise daily production operations to ensure schedules, quality standards, and customer deadlines are met.

Assign work, monitor employee productivity, and adjust staffing to meet production demands.

Train, coach, and develop production employees while promoting teamwork and accountability.

Monitor workflow and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and minimize downtime.

Ensure products meet quality standards and company specifications.

Collaborate with scheduling, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.

Maintain accurate production reports, labor records, and shift documentation.

Conduct daily production meetings to communicate goals, priorities, and safety expectations.

Enforce company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and quality standards.

Address employee performance, attendance, and workplace concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Experience in plastics manufacturing, machining, fabrication, or industrial manufacturing preferred.

Ability to read and interpret production schedules and manufacturing documentation.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, or Six Sigma principles is a plus.

Experience working within an
ISO 9001
quality system preferred.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift up to 40 pounds. #psbrenham
