JOB SUMMARY & MISSION

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Foreman is responsible for all aspects of an Industrial Logistics Services (Safety Services/Confined Space Technicians, Equipment & Material Services/ General Labors, Rehydration Stations, Trash Pickup, Equipment Mobilization, Equipment Operators/Forklift, Fuel Distribution/Drivers, Equipment Tracking) crew from inception to completion. Project will consist of 60 manpower total with 3 crew Foreman's per shift. Foreman will work with Project Manager & Company Safety to assign roles and responsibilities, manage the following:

Type of Project:

Full Turnaround Model Foreman Pre-Mobilization Turnaround Set Up (Staging Rental Equipment, BRM Staging Support, Lunch Tent Support, Parking Lot Set Up, Hooch Set-Up, Pre-Planning Process, Safety Plan) & work with Logistics Coordinator contact on site. Turnaround Shutdown (Safety Services/Confined Space Technicians, Equipment & Material Services/ General Labors, Rehydration Stations, Trash Pickup, Equipment Mobilization, Equipment Operators/Forklift, Fuel Distribution/Drivers, Equipment Tracking, Mechanical Warehouse Support) Post Turnaround Demobilization (Owner-focused demobilization services on resources, materials, & assets, controlling cost & ensuring safe startup and facility operational readiness. Removing Rental Equipment, BRM Removal, Lunch Tent Removal, Parking Lot Removal, & Site Clean Up.)

Foreman:

Own direct crew performance. Lead the assigned crew, review JSAs, assign work, monitor productivity, correct unsafe behavior, verify tools and equipment are ready, and communicate daily progress or barriers.

Delegation Standard:

Under Full Turnaround Site Coverage, each role has a defined lane. The Project Manager owns overall performance, the Superintendent owns field execution, the General Foreman coordinates multiple crews, the Foreman leads the crew, Safety owns the safety program, the Timekeeper owns labor documentation, and the Equipment Tracker owns rental equipment control. This structure reduces confusion and keeps the turnaround organized, safe, and cost controlled. Once the Turnaround begins, Foreman serves as the primary crew contact for the client and is responsible for all crew field operations. Assigned Born crew site employees report to this position. Ensures all field operations are operating in a safe, effective and proficient manner. Coordinates with Site Client Contact to move personnel from one area of the field to the other as needed in order to effectively manage the overall project and not delay any work.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the crew in the field and make sure daily work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to the customer's priorities. Direct daily crew assignments, review JSAs, verify tools and equipment are ready, monitor productivity, correct unsafe behavior, report progress, and escalate issues. Crew starts on time, understands the task, works safely, avoids idle time, and communicates issues before they become delays. Establishes the expectations and standards of quality for his/her crew with regard to Customer Service, Operational Readiness, and Safety of Operations. Ensures all levels of company compliance are met for all Quality, Safety, Training, and Operational Objectives. Works with Safety Department to investigate damage, incidents or near misses in the worksite, and ensure proper procedures are carried out according to the Company's Safety Program Oversees equipment readiness for his/her crew by coordinating with the client on all PPE requirements for the facility, and submitting PPE requests to home office prior to the project beginning to ensure all personnel have the proper equipment for the project. Performs employee performance evaluations on every project. In conjunction with client point of contact, coordinates the use of personnel with to ensure the project is properly managed and staffed. Maintains a high state of integrity and professionalism in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of this position. Supports all other special assignments as directed by the Project Manager. Performs other duties as assigned.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

The Foreman may be required to travel to conduct the Company's business at various customer locations throughout North America.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED, and a minimum of five (5) years operations experience in the petrochemical or refining industry, with 1 - 2 years Foreman experience preferred, managing services on turnarounds. Prior experience managing logistics services with Logistics crew (General Labor, Fuel Truck Distribution, Water Truck Distribution, CDL Transportation Routes, Housekeeping, Trash Pickup, Spill Clean-Up, Equipment Operating (Skid Steer, Forklift), BRM Set up, Laydown Yard Staging & Cleanup, Light Plant Staging, Compressor Refueling, Parking Lot Setup, Flagging, Spotting, Warehouse Technicians, Safety Attendant (Firewatch, Bottlewatch, Confined Space Technicians)

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee could be exposed to fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals and outside weather conditions. The employee may be exposed to high, precarious locations such as towers (up to 300ft.). They may be required to work in extreme cold and extreme heat and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. Their work may involve risks to hazards such as: working around moving mechanical parts; risk of electrical shock; explosives and vibration. The noise level in the work environment may exceed 85dB and will require the use of hearing protection.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand or walk. They will need to use their hands and fingers to handle or feel and to reach with hands and arms. They will need to use their senses to see, feel, hear, taste and smell. The employee may be required to climb ladders, scaffolds and stairs to excessive heights of up to 300ft., and/or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must be able to carry/transport/move equipment up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Basic Plus Orientation/Safety Essentials CSST or other safety certification(s) a plus. Current driver's license from state of residence and proof of vehicle insurance with state liability minimum.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

Good driving record to drive company vehicle and access client facilities. Safety-oriented attitude with a true commitment to personal safety, as well as the safety of others is a must. Prior experience conducting safety training and/or presentations. Knowledge and understanding of OSHA safety compliance regulations and basic safety concepts. Proven ability to implement and maintain behavioral-based safety techniques, ensuring onsite safety performance.
