Job Description
Position Summary Ennis Steel is looking for a Night Shift Paint & Loading Lead to oversee nightly operations in our Paint and Loading departments. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for meeting production goals, maintaining quality standards, promoting a safe work environment, and leading the team to success. Night Shift-5pm Responsibilities Lead and support the Paint and Loading teams during the night shift. Assign work and ensure production schedules are met. Monitor quality, productivity, and safety. Train, coach, and hold team members accountable. Coordinate workflow and resolve production issues. Communicate shift updates with management. Assist with painting, loading, and other production tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous leadership experience in manufacturing or steel fabrication preferred. Experience with paint operations, loading, or shipping is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Forklift experience preferred. Ability to work in an industrial environment and lift up to 50 pounds. Pay is DOE Why Ennis Steel?
