Compensation of Production Supervisor $29.81 3rd shift 10pm-6am (Train on first shift for minimum of 4 weeks) OT Mandatory Unlimited Referral Bonus for anyone NEW that comes to apply and works 200 hours.

Responsibilities of Production Supervisor:

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing all production jobs to assure client satisfaction. Lead and manage a team with knowledge of employment law, compliance, corporate policy and procedure. Print Industry Experience required, ideally in Xerox or Canon printers. Strong leadership and positive reinforcement.

Requirements of Production Supervisor:

High School Graduate with Manufacturing Management experience or an equivalent. 5 years of supervisory experience. (15 or more employees) in a fast paced quick turn production environment. Experience with compliance operations and standards (financial/banking/healthcare etc) Must be energized and motivated; enjoy work. Interpersonal abilities to create and grow effective working relationships. Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills. Microsoft Office (Word/power point/excel) Working knowledge in digital printing/insertion.
