Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Production Supervisor position include: 2+ years of construction coordination experience, with commercial flooring experience is a plus Ability to read, understand, and follow required construction documents Prior experience in construction production and management of large crews Coordinate contract review and scheduling to ensure quality and timely execution of assigned jobs Calculate necessary resources and materials to support construction production Document job progress, manage productivity, and support quality inspections using company systems Communicate clearly with internal and external clients while addressing quality concerns and executing change orders Lead crews in the field, maintain safe jobsite practices, and build strong working relationships with clients, coworkers, and vendors
Salary :
$55,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
