In addition to our own product lines, we design and manufacture turn-key control systems for a wide range of clients—creating a fast-paced environment with a high mix of custom and standard products. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented leader who excels in a dynamic work environment that includes a high mix of products. This role helps ensure that manufacturing processes run efficiently, safely, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities
  • Production o Test PCBs, enclosures, harnesses, and other electro-mechanical assemblies o Troubleshoot circuits & components per schematics and/or manufacturer datasheets o Complete minor rework as needed to complete testing Assist with troubleshooting and repairing returned goods o Perform assembly work as needed to support the production schedule
  • Production Support o Assist in planning and organizing daily production schedules, assign tasks to team o Monitor workflow and help ensure jobs are completed on time o Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment availability o Track work orders and update production records o Provide guidance to team members with work instructions and procedures
  • Quality Control o Assist in ensuring products meet engineering drawings and specifications o Conduct basic inspections using measuring tools (voltmeters) o Report quality issues and assist in corrective actions
  • Safety & Compliance o Promote and enforce shop safety policies and procedures o Ensure proper use of PPE and safe machine operation o Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment (5S practices)
  • Inventory & Documentation o Monitor raw materials and consumables inventory levels, assist in ordering supplies o Maintain accurate production and quality documentation Qualifications Strong understanding of electrical drawings and schematics Knowledge of assembly processes used in a manufacturing environment Crimping, wire stripping, soldering, fastening Thru-hole and surface mount soldering Back panel building experience is a plus Basic quality inspection skills Leadership and team coordination abilities Good communication and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic production software ERP experience a plus Utilize a continuous improvement mindset to improve the performance of the departme

$25.00 per hour
