This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys managing AP/AR processes, improving workflows, and working closely with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations Process vendor invoices, customer payments, ACH/wire transactions, and reconciliations Monitor aging reports and assist with collections follow-up Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment documentation for accuracy Support month-end close activities and financial reporting Coordinate payment schedules and maintain strong vendor/customer relationships Supervise and support administrative/accounting staff with daily workflow Work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service teams What We're Looking For 2+ years of AP/AR, accounting operations, or bookkeeping experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP experience is a plus) Strong understanding of invoicing, reconciliations, collections, and payment processing Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Preferred Background Distribution, manufacturing, wholesale, or food industry experience Experience with vendor management and customer account reconciliation Exposure to month-end close and financial reporting support Experience improving accounting workflows or operational processes Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off & Holidays Life & Disability Insurance Tuition Reimbursement Career Growth Opportunities MOHR Talent is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
