IMMEDIATE GOALS
Work with a team of sales and marketing professionals. Travel with our office team to attend food expos and events. (about 5 to 10 per year). Follow up leads using Zoho
CRM. FUTURE GOAL
Our bakery warehouse runs 20+ hours a day with some weekends. We are looking for someone to advance with training and ultimately will fill in some of the tasks our Bakery Manager performs should he need an absence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Generalist, after training, you will be successful by: Helping to lead our manufacturing facility in an efficient manner. Helping to operate the demands of running the bakery operations. Assisting with compliance with all Employee Safety, Food Safety and Sanitation policies and regulations. Assisting and leading employees. Applying lean principles in a manufacturing environment. To be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements: Experience in a food service setting. Problem solving, Math and calculations, negotiating, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage complex situations. Proficient with computers, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Collaborative work style, able to work with management to drive overall site performance. Bilingual - English/Spanish Salary reevaluated depending upon level of performance once trained.
