The High‑Performance Team Lead oversees daily production operations, manages schedules, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures safety and quality standards. This role leads a production team, drives workflow efficiency, and supports continuous improvement across the department. Key Responsibilities

• Production Leadership
• Oversee daily operations, maintain schedules, monitor workflow, and ensure on‑time production
• Inventory Control
• Track material usage, support counts/audits, reduce scrap, and coordinate with logistics
• Team Management
• Lead employees, train new hires, support cross‑training, and address performance issues
• Safety Compliance
• Enforce safety policies, PPE, LOTO, inspections, and housekeeping standards
• Quality & Improvement
• Maintain quality standards, support problem‑solving, and ensure accurate work orders
• Communication
• Communicate with leadership and support a positive, professional work environment Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing or production leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of scheduling, inventory, and safety procedures
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Physical Requirements
• Standing/walking for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials
• Work in a manufacturing environment (noise, heat, dust, equipment)
• Ability to wear required
