Inergroup is hiring immediately for a Bilingual Production Supervisor job in Irving, TX. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible overseeing and directing the daily operation of the Production Department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and ensuring a safe efficient operation in achieving business targets. Pay and Benefits Starting salary of $65,000/year and great benefits available.

Requirements:

Bilingual with ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish Minimum 5 years leadership experience Previous experience working in food production is preferred Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations. Maintain consistent communication between the customer, coworkers, and management at all times Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to provide training and give direction Responsibilities for Production Supervisors include: Perform team management duties to include coaching, training, disciplinary action, safety practices, and scheduling and motivating Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Plan and coordinate the distribution of labor, adjusting work assignments and schedules while responding to fluctuating production needs Manage daily labor efficiencies, downtime, quality control Onboard, train, and induct employees to achieve and maintain the company's production goals.
