Supervisors are required to work overtime as part of the role. Contractors are eligible for bonuses related to weekend coverage. Upon full-time conversion, supervisors are eligible for additional incentives/benefits. Initial contract period expected to be approximately 90 days, with the intention to convert to full-time based on performance and business need. The Manufacturing Production Supervisor is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and controlling direct functions within the manufacturing shop, in addition to managing and coordinating process improvement projects.

• Trains or coaches employees on administrative or technical processes and procedures.

Equipment More than 20 pieces of production equipment within the area. Supervisors are not required to operate equipment. Equipment knowledge is developed through training and experience. Safety Requirements Supervisors are responsible for promoting safe work practices. Full PPE is required while on the production floor.
