Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Steel Metal Building Foreman/Supervisor to lead and oversee metal building erection crews on construction sites throughout the United States. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in steel and metal building installation, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage crews while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. This position requires travel approximately 95% of the time . Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a crew of 4-5 employees on steel metal building installation projects. Coordinate daily job site activities and ensure work is completed efficiently and safely. Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications. Oversee the erection of structural steel, pre-engineered metal buildings, wall panels, and roofing systems. Conduct safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety regulations. Schedule and assign work tasks to crew members. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Communicate project progress, issues, and material needs to project managers. Train and mentor crew members to improve productivity and workmanship. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and company vehicles. Required Skills & Qualifications experience in steel and metal building construction. Previous experience as a Foreman, Lead Installer, or Supervisor preferred. Strong knowledge of pre-engineered metal building systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans. Experience supervising crews of 4-5 workers. Proficient in the use of construction tools, lifts, and equipment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and job site safety practices. Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Pay:
$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
