Job Description
Production Manager to lead and develop a multidisciplinary manufacturing team. This role requires hands-on knowledge of modern machining and manufacturing processes, combined with proven leadership skills to drive accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. The Production Manager will oversee CNC machinists, welders, winders, and mechanical technicians, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in all operations. Lead, supervise, and develop the full production team including machinists, welders, winders, and mechanical technicians. Drive accountability by setting clear expectations, addressing performance issues, and maintaining high standards for safety, Experience in a custom or high-mix/low-volume manufacturing environment. Lean Six Sigma certification or formal training in continuous improvement. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and Industry 4.0 technologies. Background in electrical winding 5+ years of experience in production management with proven leadership of multidisciplinary manufacturing teams. Hands-on knowledge of CNC machining (milling, turning, multi-axis), welding processes, mechanical assembly, and winding operations.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:
