Leprino Foods Company Within our brand new state-of-the-art 600-person manufacturing facility in Lubbock•Leprino is seeking aSr. Technical Supervisor, Milk Receiving & Standardizationto move our organization to even larger levels of cheese and dairy ingredient growth! What Youll Do:
Build staffing plans, adjust schedules, and track inventories to meet daily production needs. Guide, coach, and develop hourly team members through hands-on training and regular feedback. Coordinate daily cheese production to meet quality standards, output goals, and safety expectations. Monitor product testing, equipment performance, and team actions to support consistent, safe operations. Improve processes by updating standard work, partnering with Maintenance, and supporting root cause reviews. You Have At Least (Required Qualifications): A Bachelors degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or a closely related field,orequivalent work experience. Five or more years of experience in food manufacturing. One or more years of experience guiding, mentoring, or delegating work to others. Proficiency with standard computer applications and the ability to learn SAP or similar manufacturing systems. We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications): A Masters degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or a related discipline. Prior experience in dairy or cheese manufacturing environments.
