The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure that production goals are met efficiently and safely. This role is crucial in maintaining high-quality standards while fostering a productive work environment. Responsibilities Ensure production schedules and targets are met. Request to the support teams the lots and quantities to meet the production schedule of the day. Experience operating automated machinery in the produce industry. Determine the speed for the production line, along with the Production Manager, based on the quality and product specified in the work/sales order. Experience Citrus production experience (minimum 3 years/Persian Lime) Skills Advanced computer skills on MS Office. Strong and effective communication among all levels. Must have the ability to effectively follow-up and handle multiple projects. Experience as chief management of 14-16 teams of people. Associate degree. Bilingual Physical Demands Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift (up to 8-10 hours per day). Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds safely. Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and kneeling while supervising production lines and performing occasional hands-on tasks. Ability to tolerate temperature variations in cold storage or processing areas. Clear vision and hearing to monitor production lines, identify quality issues, and communicate with staff. Ability to climb ladders or steps as needed for inspections or equipment access.
