$70,000-$95,000
Work Schedule:
Onsite, Monday through Thursday, 6a to 430p. Additional hours (including Fridays) may be required to meet deadlines or complete assignments. As our Production Manager, you'll oversee and coordinate all production activities within our state-of-the-art facility, ensuring products are crafted on time, to the highest quality standards, and in full compliance with industry codes and customer expectations. This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving, providing an exciting opportunity to influence operational efficiency and team performance in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in production control or related manufacturing fields, including supervisory roles Metal, Metal Fabrication, Assembly, Machining, Powder Coating, and Welding background Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate staff Expertise in implementing process improvements and optimizing production workflows Deep understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and enhance performance Excellent communication skills - clear, effective, and collaborative Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated, independent, and able to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing production needs Nice to
Have:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, enhancing team communication and stakeholder engagement Experience with safety programs and cross-training initiatives to maximize workforce flexibility Familiarity with supply chain coordination and procurement processes
Preferred Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Prior management experience overseeing production teams, with the ability to manage up to 60 workers through
Supervisors and Leads Additional Requirements:
