Core Responsibilities Daily Operations:
Run floor walk-throughs, check production schedules, verify equipment functionality, and lead team huddles to align assembly, testing, and packaging groups.
Workflow & Troubleshooting:
Monitor output, resolve operational bottlenecks, coordinate swift machine repairs, and stage tools, parts, and materials.
Team Leadership:
Coach, train, cross-train, and hire team members, maintaining a regular presence on the plant floor to foster a safe work culture.
Performance & Compliance:
Track performance metrics, maintain product quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
Job Requirements & Skills Experience:
1 to 3+ years of hands-on supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, assembly, or production environment.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree in a technical or manufacturing field is often preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with basic computer software including MS Office/Excel and a basic mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) are frequently preferred. M-Th, 6a-4:30p $45•55k
