Job Description

Production Supervisor Job Responsibilities Exciting opportunity with SWARCO, an established +50-year-old Global Manufacturing Company located in Mexia, Texas. We are currently seeking a Produdtion Supervisor for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced efficiently, safely, and in compliance with customer specifications and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements of Swarco Reflex, LLC. This role ensures process control, product conformity, and on-time delivery while promoting continuous improvement.
Expectations:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements Ensure all products meet specified quality standards and customer specifications Enforce compliance with established procedures, work instructions, and QMS requirements Monitor process performance and take appropriate actions to maintain control and efficiency Identify, report, and address nonconforming products in accordance with corrective action procedures Ensure proper use, maintenance, and availability of production equipment and resources Maintain accurate production records and documentation in accordance with record control requirements Lead, train, and evaluate production personnel to ensure competency and effectiveness Promote a safe work environment and ensure adherence to safety policies and regulations Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to resolve issues and improve processes Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions as required Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency Skills / Requirements High School diploma or GED Forklift experience preferred Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Willingness to learn and be helpful is a must Must be able to work in a hot environment
