Quality Coordinator

This position offers the opportunity to oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) for the coating facility and play a key role in ensuring that each station adheres to SOP/QMS guidelines. The Quality Coordinator will work closely with the Coating Operations Manager and receive guidance from the Coating Quality Supervisor, making it an ideal opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and dynamic work environment. The Quality Coordinator is required to by a Bilingual Spanish speaker. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or related industrial environment preferred. Basic computer skills and experience with data entry. Ability to accurately complete documentation and maintain detailed records. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and inconsistencies. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Background experience in powder coating preferred. Ability and flexibility to work variable shift is required.
