We're standing up a new fabrication shop in our Lewisville warehouse — new tube and sheet lasers, press brake, and fixturing. All new equipment. We're hiring the foreman who will run it. Best American Trampolines designs and manufactures trampoline park equipment — steel frame systems and soft goods, shipped as complete kits to parks across the country. Our kits repeat from project to project, and repeatable fabrication is what makes them install cleanly in the field. The role Working foreman. You'll lead a small team of welders and be on the floor every day — welding, running machines, moving material — while owning production flow, quality, and safety. weld large frame assemblies from production drawings, mostly thin-wall square tube. Build and maintain the weld fixtures that keep parts identical from run to run. This is the core of the job. Load 24′ steel sticks into the tube feeder, run the sheet shuttle, move material and finished assemblies by forklift. Physical work is a regular part of every day. Schedule the floor against kit due dates and keep quality consistent. Help stand the shop up — layout, workflow, fixturing, tooling. Requirements 5+ years in metal fabrication, at least 2 leading people Strong MIG on thin-wall structural tube (0.120″ wall) — clean fillets without burn-through, distortion control on long assemblies Experience building weld fixtures and jigs for repeat production Reads and works directly from production drawings Forklift experience Hands-on all day Helpful, not required: CNC fiber laser (tube or sheet — we'll train on ours), press brake, ISO 9001/AWS shop experience or written weld procedures, prior shop or line startup.

Compensation:

$75,000-$85,000 depending on experience. 401(k), dental, vision, paid time off. We do not currently offer medical insurance.

final candidates complete a hands-on weld test at our facility on material representative of our production work.
