Production Supervisor

KP Staffing is now hiring a Prodution Supervisor in Weatherford TX. Job Summary The prodution supervisor will supervise production activities to meet inventory levels and customer delivery requirements. This role supports production scheduling, inventory coordination, operational efficiency, and on-time delivery. Pay $18

• 25 per hour DOE Shift Weekend 1st shift: 6 a.m.
• 7:30 p.m., Friday
• Sunday Duties Manage production work orders to ensure inventory is available for requested customer delivery dates Follow and implement company policies and procedures Manage and report shortages of consumable inventory on the production floor Coordinate with the scheduling and planning supervisor to prepare daily and long-term production schedules Coordinate personnel requirements based on the production schedule Work with maintenance to maintain machines and minimize downtime during production hours Develop delivery commitments by coordinating scheduling activities with planning and shipping teams Analyze one-time orders for capacity and provide ship dates in a timely manner Document production activities for analysis per established policies and procedures Evaluate expedited requests as required and respond in a timely manner Promote documentation of procedures and processes Identify and implement ways to improve efficiency and quality Work with peers on 6s opportunities within the plant and office Help establish operational procedures for warehouse activities, including production line activities and shipment verification Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities Assist with shipping and receiving Responsibilities Supervise production activities to meet inventory and customer delivery requirements Coordinate staffing needs based on production schedules Delegate tasks and ensure timely and accurate completion of work Inspire and motivate team members to meet goals and objectives Work with current staff to establish operational procedures for warehouse activities Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience 3 years of warehouse experience 2-4 years of lead or supervisory experience Experience with lean manufacturing preferred Lean Six Sigma certification and experience Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office Suite Safety-first leadership example LOTO champion Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy in work Must be dependable and professional Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred Job Type Contract To Hire How to Apply Start by submitting your resume or visit KP Staffing Granbury for an in-person interview.
