AMNOTE:

This position requires flexibility to work extended hours and overtime based on production needs. Utex Industries is seeking a motivated Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met. This role supervises employees, coordinates workflow, and drives continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

Oversee nightly production and meet output targetsSupervise, coach, and develop production employeesEnsure quality standards and safety complianceTroubleshoot production issues and improve processesTrack performance and maintain production reports

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED required5+ years manufacturing experience1-3+ years leadership experience Experience with Lean/continuous improvement is a plus

Work Environment:

You'll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Thursday 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Occasional extended hours and Friday work may be required as job duties demand. Why UTEX?
