Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Oversee all locations operations, including mining, crushing and yard facility. Keep inventory, prepare production schedules and reports, maintain operations logs as necessary Participate in quality control to ensure materials being produced meet product specifications Ensure all operations follow all legal and regulatory requirements, including air and water quality, permit conditions, dumpsite polices andMSHA, OSHA.
Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed. Word day-today with frontline employees providing overall guidance and direction while promoting the individual development of all team members Ensure that quality of all materials exceeds customers' expectations. Coordinate with sales team and management to determine production schedules Work with other superintendents in the Metro division on production, quality, maintenance, environmental, personnel or safety issuesMinimum Qualifications:
Safety first attitude required Previous supervisory experience required Working knowledge of crushing aggregates required Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft excel Requires high degree of skills in planning, organization, supervising, communication and observation A Valid driver's license in good standing Ability to pass a criminal background and pre-employment drug screenNotice:

Basic knowledge of plant operation, conveyor systems, and maintenance. Must have good mechanical, troubleshooting, and some welding ability. Need positive attitude and the ability to work well with others and follow directions. Equipment operation skills helpful.Physical & Environmental Demands:
Extensive walking on uneven surfaces. Lift and carry up to 100 pounds. Exposure to dust, fumes, odors. Hand eye coordination. Exposure to mists, adhesives, acids. Frequent and/or extended periods requiring kneeling, bending, and/or twisting. Operating equipment at night under artificial lighting. Working in all weather conditions for extended period of time.Benefits:
