PM Schedule:
2-2-3 rotation
Duration:
12-hour shifts This role supports 24/7 manufacturing operations and requires reliable attendance during scheduled rotations. Key Activities Ensures all safety guidelines are followed (i.e., PPE, plant cleanliness, clear work areas, etc.) Completes walk -around floor upon arrival. Effective Shift Hand-offs. Coordinates production schedule for each shift ( ex. Cut length, color change and line change) Ensures all quality and packaging standards are met. Ensures proper training of Product Inspectors and Forklift Drivers. Has ability to print bundle labels using both computer and handheld Has ability to set up router. Effectively manages PI and Forklift Driver Lunches and breaks. Ensure all personnel are performing all job duties assigned. Completes all required paperwork. Effectively ensuring all personnel are performing all job duties assigned. Holds people accountable and coaches' employees using. Tell, teach, show, and hold method. Setting clear expectations. Performs any disciplinary/coaching items. Ability to manage PTO requests to ensure proper team coverage. Completes and processes time- off requests and timesheets for payroll timely. Qualifications & Other Competencies Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience with demonstrated progressive responsibility Experience working in a manufacturing/Distribution organization is preferred On site QA certification Professional and personable. Great communicator both written and spoken Proficiency in basic business (Microsoft Office) Software Comfortable rolling up sleeves to learn and coach Passionate, action and detail-oriented leader Physical Requirements Lift, Push or pull up to 50 Lbs. Repetitive Motion of the limbs Be able to Bend, twist, squat, and reach.
