What You Will Do Lead and support production employees throughout the shift, including staffing, scheduling, training, cleanliness, and documentation Coach and develop Line Leads to drive safety, quality, and productivity Ensure HACCP, SSOP, cGMP, and related documentation is accurate and audit ready Oversee onboarding and ongoing safety and skills training Promote a culture of safety and organization using 5S principles Apply Lean methods to improve efficiency and reduce waste Conduct performance reviews and provide consistent coaching and feedback Communicate expectations clearly and uphold company policies Support continuous improvement efforts and participate in management development At least 1 year of supervisory experience in manufacturing or food production Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Experience resolving employee concerns and supporting skill development Working knowledge of GMP, SQF, HACCP, and Food Defense standards Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Solid math skills and attention to inventory accuracy Ability to become certified to operate powered hand trucks and Class I forklifts Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift Ability to climb stairs and ladders, bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds Work Environment Exposure to ingredient dust, including peanut and tree nut allergens Work around moving machinery in a high noise production setting 100 YEARS
