What You'll Do Own the production pipeline from project handoff through final completion, ensuring projects move efficiently through permitting, purchasing, scheduling, installation, and closeout. Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedules to keep projects progressing without unnecessary delays. Monitor permitting activities and proactively resolve issues before they impact customers or production schedules. Manage purchasing and inventory to ensure materials arrive on time and production stays ahead of demand. Lead field production teams by establishing clear expectations, promoting accountability, and maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and performance. Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop production personnel as the company continues to grow.
